Designated areas with drums/I BC within roofed, bunded and floor area hardened with impervious materials, are demarcated for the storage of various types of generated waste on site.

All waste on site has been classified by Waste Services an eThekwini Municipality as non-hazardous and are therefore: solid and sludge are disposed of at waste service landfill sites are treated effluent to Municipality foul sewer.

Reputable intermediate waste handling contractors provide a service for the removal of all waste from site for safe disposal or recycling.

All waste disposal services are audited to ensure that “The cradle to the grave policy” is adhered to at all times.

All volumes and quantities of waste removal from sites are recorded for audit trails.

All safe disposal certificates are obtained and kept on file for audit by the relevant authorities and customers.

All polycans and IBC’s (plastics} that cannot be reconditioned are cut and disposed of at waste services site.

No stock piling of waste is encouraged on site. All waste is removed from site for recycling or disposal.
